To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee window, contact us here. Include the email address associated with your membership. We'll process your refund promptly — typically within 2–5 business days depending on your payment method.
Monthly memberships may be refunded in full within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Annual memberships may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal — access continues through the end of the paid annual period.
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund of that renewal payment.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse of the refund policy, including repeated refund requests across multiple memberships.
All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 2–5 business days after we initiate the refund.
