These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of deployth.is (the "Site") and your DeployThis+ membership. By accessing the Site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service available at paddle.com/legal/terms. Your payment and billing information is collected and stored by Paddle — we do not have access to your card details.
A DeployThis+ membership grants you access to the private members library at deployth.is/members for the duration of your paid subscription period. Membership includes:
Memberships are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.
Annual members retain access to agents published during their paid membership period only. Upon cancellation or non-renewal of an annual membership, access to the members library is revoked at the end of the paid period.
All agent workflows, written guides, video walkthroughs, and associated materials published in the DeployThis+ members library are the intellectual property of Duston McGroarty / DeployThis. You may use the agents and materials for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any agent, workflow, guide, or video to any third party.
DeployThis+ provides automation workflows and educational content. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, income, or results from use of any agent or workflow. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, niche selection, and other factors outside our control.

Some agents require third-party tools and services (such as Make.com, Claude API, MailerLite, etc.) that have their own costs, terms, and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party pricing, availability, or terms that may affect agent functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployThis and Duston McGroarty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any agent or workflow.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or your membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active members of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
